The Mission.
The San Jose Earthquakes wanted to introduce a camp program to enhance their marketing to the youth market.
They approached Cinch Sports to come up with the strategy for how to effectively plan and launch camps in the summer of 2020. We were able to provide all of the services needed to create and manage all camps, helping to grow their presence in the youth soccer market.
Program Design
We came up with the program strategy for launching a summer camp program to expand youth soccer reach.
Registration & Management System
We created the registration in our flagship software program, Cinch HQ and streamlined all aspects of camp management.
Staffing & HR
We sourced and hired the coaching staff and managed all contracts and payroll items.
Curriculum
We developed a camp curriculum for full day and half day camps that aligned with the clubs goals.
Strategy
We worked with the Earthquakes marketing team to strategize the best way to effectively market the programs for steady growth.
Equipment Management
We sourced and delivered all of the equipment needed to effectively run each week of summer camp.
