The Mission.
FC Colorado was in need of a reboot. Like many youth soccer clubs, it had been hard finding volunteers to keep running the organization.
The leadership approached Cinch Sports for help with all administrative services, and needed a complete restructuring of the competitive program. They also needed a new strategy for growth and sustainability of the business.
Rebrand
We redesigned the logo and identity providing a unified concept and a modern loo.
Website & Registration System
We created a new website and added our proprietary registration system, streamlining administration.
Staffing & HR
We sourced and hired a leadership team and coaching staff that aligned with the mission of the club.
Restructuring of Business
We put into place a structure that would secure financial longevity for the club.
Marketing
We took over management of social media and email marketing and came up with a conisistent strategy for growth.
Uniform Management
We negotiated a uniform contract and secured a jersey sponsor to help reduce cost to parents.
