The Mission.
Coronado FC approached Cinch Sports to provide guidance to the board of directors as it related to a number of issues pertaining to the competitive side of their club.
We were able to come up with the strategy for how to effectively restructure the leadership team and plan for program growth.
We worked with the Director of Coaching to create a club identity and unify the coaching staff to train players based on this identity.
Program Restructuring
We restructured the competitive program to align with a modern leadership model.
Registration & Management System
We worked with the current registration system and provided guidance for how to make the flow of information more efficient.
Staffing & HR
We provided guidance to the current coaching staff and managed all contracts and payroll items.
Consulting
We consulted with the Director of Coaching and provided guidance on the responsibilities and deliverables in the role.
Strategy
We worked with the Board of Directors to create a strategic plan for growth.
Administrative Support
Our administrators provided support to the Board of Directors allowing the club to have professional management full time.
